Baron Zen in store@TurnTable Lab & release party!

posted on September 17th 2007 in LA & Music with 1 Comments

Free in-store at Turntable Lab (7p-9p) w/ Sweet Steve (Baron Zen), Dam Funk, & Special Guests. Free Beer & Limited Edition Giveaways will also be on hand. Early Arrival is highly recommended!

The lost tapes have been rediscovered and will be reissued tomorrow alongside a 2nd Disc of remixes from some of his favorite artists: Madlib, J.Rocc, Danny Breaks, Arabian Prince, James Pants, Dam Funk, Blue Jemz, etc. Baron Zen today sounds like suburban punk rock garage bands of the 80s and the DJ culture of today … or The Dead Milkmen if they had been hip-hop b-boys.
