Friday night brought the 2 wheel transpo lovers out to the Hvw8 gallery in LA for the Bike Show.
A dope group of artist did their thing with a dope bike by swedish designer Tobias of Sson.

HVW8 Gallery and Sson personally invited 7 artists to translate a model from the 003 series, to reflect their style and preferences of the Swedish handicraft. Paint, drawings, photographs, among other visual aesthetics complement the bike design.
Visit http://www.sson.org to view the previous Sson 003 artist campaign, featuring Swedish artists The Jens, Fox, Burfitt, CKR, Fienden, Stickkontakt, IOH, Strüwer and Ziggy. The opening was held earlier this year, at Stockholm’s Boutique Sportif.

Some of these bike designs on the Hvw8 blog are TOO ill! The Willo Perron joint with the fenders on it looks like a cool ass, bouncy ride… dem springs on that seat is my shit.. that style looks like i could pick a nigga’s moms up widdit!
And how far did Adrian Nyman take it with that picnic-modeled scenery in the handlebar basket?? That’s hella artsy yo! The one by Grotesk is hot too! I like the sticker-lettering work on the bike frame… the two shades of green made that shit really jump off.
I’m diggin that painting of the Asian dude coming out the letters… dude looks Ganghis Khan or somebody. Whaddo i know about Asia… not a damn thang… all i know is I really dig that style yo. Big up to the whole show. Yall cats be makin’ hella rounds out there… i don’t know of too many Old School hip-hop heads that be on it like this… …write-on!
