In January while on our East Coast homecoming tour, we got to see Stacy Epps fresh off her Eurpean tour in my hometown of Raleigh, NC! She performed one of my favorites “Addicted” at the Black Flower, a cute venue in Downtown Raleigh. Check her out!
I was dancing so I apologize for the 2-step camera work! I think being completely still trying to video while watching your favorite performers is kinda like punishment!
Also head to iTunes to check a new song “Motivation” from Stacy Epps -- featured on new album “Ms. One” -- a compilation (frolaboration) record produced in full by Georgia Anne Muldrow w/ all her crew members (we like to call em frolaborators!) rockin to her incredible beats. The digital album is out now w/ the CD and vinyl coming out in May so go download it now & pick one up later!
A few highlights:
Take a listen to Miss Muldrow get her beautiful jazzy piano on in this instrumental “Turiya’s Smile”:
