MOCHILLA (re)premiere of SOUL POWER
Thanks to Sony Pictures Classics, Mochilla + Downtown Independent are (re)Premiering the amazing film SOUL POWER!!!! The doc captures an amazing moments in history featuring James Brown + Muhammad Ali in Zaire!
The other performances are outrageous also including Celia Cruz, B.B. King, Miriam Makeba, the Spinners and of course Bill Withers among others. If you have seen “When We Were Kings” you’ll already know the story, but this is the concert film. Its one of the best Ive ever seen. Don’t miss this opportunity to see it big and loud, DVD just ain’t the same.
We will have special guests from the film and an after-party to die for…
Don’t sleep.
