For this one-night-only show, Cognito will be sharing a few of his captures of Mos Def, Jay Electronica, MF DOOM, Questlove, Erykah Badu & more. ENCINITAS, CA- Nixon is pleased to announce the next installment of The Nixon Art Mosh in New York City on Friday,September 17.
Th e Nixon Art Mosh, a global, rotating art installation featuring works from Nixon team riders, friends and family, will make its way into the neighborhood of Chelsea for the second year-in-a-row. Nixon curated paintings, photography and films will be on display as well as live, musical performances by 2 Mandy DJ’s, Ninjasonic and more.
Previous Nixon Art Mosh stops have included installations in Paris, Vancouver, San Diego, London, Dublin and Singapore.
Featured artists for The Art Mosh, New York City will include works by Michael Halsband, Craig Wetherby, Dustin Ortiz, Mark Cunningham, Patrick Trefz, Agnes Montgomery, Mike Blabac, Grant Ellis, Loser Machine, Chivo, Cognito, Ellen Stagg, David Shull, Grant Brittain, Taylor Dunfee, Kassia Meador, The Uprising and appearances by Nixon Team Riders.
