“Mos Def will headline the free ($3 suggested donation) Fort Greene Festival in Brooklyn on June 25th. Hosted by Rosie Perez and Toure, other artists on the bill areRes, Sophia Urista, Game Rebellion, PaperDoll, Navegante, and Lifted Crew. “The full day program, from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm, is a mixture of musical performances, food, and shopping. The official entrance to the festival will be at the corner of DeKalb Avenue and Washington Park in the Fort Greene section of Central Brooklyn
The Fort Greene Festival will take place on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Fort Greene Park. The full day program, from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm, is a mixture of musical performances, food, and shopping. The official entrance to the festival will be at the corner of DeKalb Avenue and Washington Park in the Fort Greene section of Central Brooklyn.
